Second level sub-category products doesn't display on catalog page.

First level subcategory products are display in catalog page, but second level subcategory products are not display in catalog page.
for e.g :
A is my parent category, B  subcategory of A category. C subcategory of B category.
When i enabled "Include products from subcategories " in catalog setting.Then  doesn't show effect of C category products on A category catalog page.But in B category Catalog page in showing C category Products.

Also it is working in nopCommerce 4.20 version but not working in 4.30 version.
Please verify it.
