reCAPTCHA no longer works for NopCommerce 4.2

I decided to integrate reCAPTCHA from Google and discovered that it no longer works (it worked a couple of years ago, so I presume it is no longer compatible.
Here is the error message
ERROR for site owner: Invalid key type

There is absolutely nothing wrong with the key, so it looks like Google changed something and the reCAPTCHA feature no longer works with Nop Commerce.
Can anyone recommend one that does work?
This is urgent - getting 100-200 fake account signups every hour!!!!!!

Ok - got it figured out.  It does not support anything above Version 2 nor Enterprise, so I set it up for Ver2 on Google and it works now.
