Local IIS not working with 4.3

I have my local dev setup very similar to Yidna.
Can run the site in IIS without VS running.
When you run it from VS it kills any local IIS processes and runs through VS for debugging.

In VS the Nop.Web properties Debug options I use
Profile = Nop.Web
Launch = IIS
Tick launch Browser
App Url = http://the site you setup in hosts file:port#
Hosting Model = Default Inprocess

I do not have SSl configured for local.

Hi all ,
downloaded fresh src code for 4.3
while running the app in VS  - First Install on clean 4.3 iis failing all the time , indicating an error
localhost refused to connect and restarting the installation process like .
Db is created with tables etc . im sure something will miss there .

Any ideas how to fix & run fresh installation with sample data ???
