Add line on cart page

Hello I need to add a line of text just before the  "I agree with the terms of service and I adhere to them unconditionally" check image.

Edit the file \Views\Shared\Components\OrderSummary\Default.cshtml
Add a new resource string
@T("Checkout.TermsOfService.NewResourceString") or whatever you want to call it

I can not follow the flow you provided, I did: Views/shoppingCart/OrderSummary.cshtml
