Nop 4.3, Payment plugin - payment from admin

I created a new payment plugin.
The payment-form is loaded after the order confirmation page (order is created).
If the customer does not complete the order payment I would like to have the option to do this from the admin orders interface.

Can I do changes to admin-order-interface using a plugin?
