Is this bug ?

Hi guys, how's going ?

I need help with Tier Prices on my products. So, i updated my old database(3.70) to 4.30 version and i used Tier Prices to disassemble wholesale of end customer.
On product, whos price is 589e, wholesale price will be 500e.
But now, on new version when i put wholesale price for custom role price will change to all users.
I'll send you photos for better understanding.

When I Delete/Remove Tier Price or just leave quantity to 0, then i can see Product Price but still on all roles...

I tried to set Tier Price to "Neto1" Role to 300 and quantity to 1
And set Tier Price to "All Roles" to normal price and quantity to 1
And got same answer error.
So is it bug or my database have some problems ?

I Got Ignore ACL Enabled, when i turn it off, everything is working fine now :)

Filtering by customer roles in tier prices should not depend on the "Ignore ACL" setting. We'll change this behavior in the next version - https://github.com/nopSolutions/nopCommerce/issues/5047
