Product with many version (dropdown): is it possible to change picture for each version?

If you mean can you not have the second Drop Down ?
Yes it is possible to hide that Select Product drop down from the view.
For me it provides a place to put the name of the medal so the customer has text confirmation of the visual image selection. Regardless, you do need to define the values in the dropdown in Admin as the name of the image is what enables you to group the product variants

hi, for example I have a medal with diameter ex. 30 mm.
then for this medal, I let the user choose a sport, and when the user choose a sport from the dropdown, he see the image changed.

then I have another product, medal 33mm
idem, I need to upload all pictures one for each sport (for the 33mm medal)

then I have 35mm medal:
