Customizing default theme

Hello , I'm pretty new to all of this and have a few questions, I have default nop installed locally and want to know if the default theme can be edited, like the colours? I also would like the theme to have fluid width, so it looks nice on all screen sizes, is this possible?

If need to edit any cshtml file, make sure to copy those from this directory to this. This way all changes will be done without modifying the default views of nopCommerce.

Sure you might want to do some basic things to understand the process
But if you are planning anything more complex then rather than spending weeks or months on trying to get it right there are so many great Themes in the marketplace.
You would be much better off utilising one of these products as they are so cost effective and will speed up your implementation and ensure you have a modern responsive theme will many extra features in a matter of minutes.
Anyways just my thoughts
