Wrong Culture for KendoNumberbox

We have de-DE as culture, but the KendoNumberBoxes are using a dot as decimal separator. As a consequence the entered numbers are not correctly saved.

How can i change this behaviour?

Solved

The kendo.culture js-file has to be added before all other kendo references.
