Payment information is not entered - nopCommerce 4.2

Hi,
I have found a thread with this problem but is has not been solved yet (it is 10 months old now)

We are experiencing the same problem now  during a check out at the last step when customer should confirm  the order a java notifications pops up saying

"Payment information is not entered"

Just to note that we had no problems on a previous server for more then a year, and recently we had to move to another server and we have had the problem since.

How do we solve this problem, thanks you

You may need to set up a machine key.

Also, check the System Log for any errors (right after you see the message)

I just tried setting up a machine key for ASP.NET 4.5 and it did not work I pasted it in <system.web> part of web.config file.

Am I doing something wrong?
