4.3 no \bin folder - all dll's in root

Hi
I'm new to Nopcommerce, but extracting the contents of the NopCommerce_4.30_NoSource_win_x64.zip file all the dll's are in the root directory.

I would expect a /bin folder to be created.

I also installed the latest source version which compiles and runs in VS2019, but when i deploy to website it also places all dll's in the root folder and it won't run.

any help and where to go from here?

i moved the files back into the root folder and re-installed core3.1
then i got a 500 error, so i restarted the site and all is working.

not sure what happened, but something wrong on my system. I think the core3.1 re-install did the trick, but i needed to restart too.
