I need help to solve the following issue Which we encounter on the : Jordancomputers.com

Server Error in '/' Application.

This means one of the following:

1. The Database has been removed/renamed
2. The UserId/Password/Catalog name in the connection string are wrong.
3. The connection string has the wrong path to the database.

but i couldn't find setting.txt to check the old database name or change any path

Did you copy it over during the migration to a new server?

If not, do you have access to the previous  server, or a backup?

Unfortunately no , The transfer was done by my host provider and the data has been removed from the old server when i them about the backup files they say that The files that have been uploaded are of the same size for backup .

Okay, so a lesson to be learned here... make sure you have your own backup!

Anyway, are you using a custom theme on top of 1.90?

Download 1.90 from here, then you can copy what you need over (and add the required connection string etc to settings.txt).
