reCaptcha V3 has errors on register user

Hello,
I have now tried to register a user in different browsers. Everywhere I get the error message that the reCaptcha returns an error.

Does anyone have similar experiences and possibly already a solution?

Maybe you find solution?

I change from Captcha 2 to Captcha 3... but have error.

I'm not sure... should I change keys / register captcha2

Should i choose there: reCAPTCHA Enterprise API    or which one?
