Discount module suggestions

There should be a possibility to Enable / Disable discounts in nopCommerce discount module.

Have you tried

Configuration > Settings > Catalog Settings > Performance Tab

Ignore discounts (sitewide)

Discounts have field "End date".  Set it in the past ;)
