im new to cms. my client needs to build a cms with ecommerce. is nopcommerce a cms so that i can have ecommerce features? please help

nopCommerce is an eCommerce with ability to have some CMS features ;)
There are topics and templates.  But you could check the marketplace for CMS related plugins
