Paypal Commerce Plugin Error

Hello everyone,

We setup Paypal Commerce Plugin on our localhost. But get an error which is below.

"Request is not well-formed, syntactically incorrect, or violates schema: The value of a field is invalid(/application_context/landing_page), The value of a field is invalid(/application_context/shipping_preference), The value of a field is invalid(/purchase_units/@reference_id=='a11ffd69-a909-44d5-9223-7d320aed0b61'/items/0/category)"

How can we solve this error?

Nopcommerce version: 4.40.2

What language is used on your server? I see strange İ characters in the request (e.g. "BİLLİNG"). Seems that PayPal cannot recognize such values and returns an error.
