Minimum Order Total for using Reward Points?

Is there a setting for Minimum Cart Total, or Subtotal, required to use reward points to pay for a purchase?

I can't seem to find such a setting, and if it doesn't exist, is there a plugin to do that?

Or perhaps it could be a percentage, like a maximum of 10% of cart total can be applied as reward points.

For this you've to change or develop new plugin and add this module over there.
