Estimate Shipping not applying

I am not sure anyone facing this error ? or setup problem
1. nopCommerce version:
4.40
2. Expected behavior:
should apply shipping cost with order total.
3. Actual behavior:
applying estimate shipping showing this error (this error for name property got null at controller while apply estimate shipping))

4. Steps to reproduce the problem:
i) enable estimate shipping
ii) go to cart page
ii) check estimate shipping
5. Any private modifications you made to your nopCommerce:

Does the error message appear when the pop up opens, or only after you click the "Apply" button?

Did you recently change the shipping method names?  nopC will 'cache' a customer's prior selection (method name), so if you made a prior selection, then change the shipping method configuration, the cached selected name is no longer valid.

Open an incognito browser and try again.  Does error still appear?
Similarly, in your current browser, complete the order (confirm), which will clear the 'cached' customer selections, and then go back and try again.

after apply button click, if I open it again. but apply not work as expected.
