Error: RoxyFileman

Hi
I hope someone can help.
I can not add images, while editing product and category main descriptions.  The error:

Error loading /Admin/RoxyFileman/ProcessRequest?a=FILESLIST&d=%2Fimages%2Fuploaded%2Flogo&type=image

Is this a bug in 4.5?
I have installed a few times (windows server, IIS) and I get the same errors!
