No Antiforgery token

I don't know if it's a flaw or need some updates in case I set "Hide newsletter box" to true and no Community Poll on home page (no forms) then there is no cookie of .Nop.Antiforgery
As a result, customers will not be able to add products to Cart on home page or in product page.

We did a small refactoring to provide an anti-forgery token on every page of the public store, see this commit for details.
