The Helpdesk Ticket Plugin for nopCommerce by nopStation allows the customers as well as the administrators to create tickets for resolving issues related to the product or services you sell. The plugin provides a fast and comfortable way to handle and resolve customer complaints of an online store. The admin users can manage and resolve the issues from the admin panel and customers can view the updates of the crated issues from the public store as well.
Integrating the Helpdesk Ticket Plugin into your nopCommerce store would be the best way to address and resolve your customer complaints.

Features
•  Manage tickets from the public store (My tickets page) and also from the admin area (staff and admin)
•  Create as many departments as you need, e.g - support, sales, etc. Each department has its own email address
•  Specify whether an attribute is required to create a ticket and responses to be filterable only by staff or customer
•  Create as many staffs as you need and can add default staff
•  Category wise ticket can be created e.g - OrderId, ProductId
•  Can set priority and status with a default value or can be set while ticket creating
•  Customers can send replies and responses can be sent from the admin area
