Add Products with URL

Is there currently a way to add products to the shopping cart with a specific url?

We currently have a client with a WordPress site that has links to a specific product or products in a non WordPress Shopping cart.
i.e.
www.domain.com/?add=100:1|105:2

This link automatically adds product 100 with a qty of 1 and product 105 with a qty of 2 to the cart and goes to checkout.

Does NopCommerce have this functionality or anything similar?

No nopCommerce doesn't have anything similar like that, but if you want you can do custom development for that.
one more thing you need to consider that if product have mandatory product attributes then it needs to be handle via form or may be any unique technique!
