IIS error "Specify alternate source path".. How to solve this?

i bought clean windows 2012 r2 windows server and trying to install nopcommerce 4.5
when i try to install iis with feature net framework 3.5 i get this error
tried many ways explained on youtube, but no success
always gives that error

how to solve it?

also, what is the best way for today to install nopcommerce 4.50? are there any easier ways to install nopcommerce on vps server?

So you have download the .Net 3.5 Framework and have it on the server and specified a path  in the install ?
If you have already tried that then maybe install IIS without the .Net 3.5 Framework and then run the .Net 3.5 Framework Install file seperatly.

The next question is why do you need .Net 3.5 Framework given v4.5 runs on .Net 6 ?
