PickUp doesn't show by location???

NC 3.90

I have 2 pickup points. One in my city, other in other city. Why all pickup points are showing for any state? Is it supposed to be like this?

Yes - you need to customise the Pickup Point Plugin to select by location
Currently only only selected by Store
