We run a nop commerce website and only allow users of a specific email domain to register accounts on our website. Every morning when checking registration logs we find 5-10 email accounts using @fodiscoemail and other similar domains. Is this something I should be worried about or does this happen to most other people? Is there a way to stop this or is it something we have to deal with being an online retail platform?

Me personally, I liked using CloudFlare and blocking any outside counties where I don't expect traffic to come to me site. If you already know the IP numbers of the malicious visitor. You would have the ability to block the IP number using the free cloudflare account and even the IP range.

Cloudflare also has the ability to block malicious Bots.

I don't like have malicious traffic take up my resources.  So I stop them before they even touch my server.

RE: block countries
You can search the plugin marketplace for "IP Filter"
