I can't get past the shipping address input

I'm tesing order function, after i enter the shipping address and press continue i am returned to the cart screen again, what's wrong here.

Do you have Payment Methods installed, configured and enabled ?

Try
Only have Payments.CheckMoneyOrder enabled
Switch back to use DefaultClean theme
try again

Look in Admin > System > Log  to see if any errors
