How to publish nopcommerce 4.5 with all settings / db / theme

Atm when I am publishing everythign goes back to zero. How can I just plug an play  so its everything I already had .

are you using a different DB after publishing or the same DB?

if using same DB all the setting will updated there

but if you are using different DB , you need to add all setting by manually or from SQL Server you can update that

I am using a same DB but when I give name during installation it wont install so I install using a new DB name. And after that when I go to app settings and change DBNAME in connection string the site just breaks. And it keeps showing :

Too many redirections....
