country validation issue when adding new address

Yes, that's right, this bug is fixed, but unfortunately not in 4.60.2. At the moment, its fixes are only in the repository and will be included only in 4.60.3.

In public store we are facing that issue while a customer go to his "My account" in that "Address" go to "Add New" there we can see the address fields in that one we can see the country field where it is not firing the validation once we are clicking on save.
