Andy the payeezy first data plugin is defected. We have lost over 10k USD in lost revenue because of a bug that happens with the v4.2 plugin, where the card is pre-authorized and the checkout errors. The experience left our customers frustrated as they had a 1 - 5k hold on their card. There is no error captured in the logs and the error is sporadic. Our developers informed you of the issue on a couple of occasions but there has been no fix, so we had to have them build their own plugin. How do we go about getting a refund?
