Import / Export Product and Specification attributes with excel

I was wondering if you have a version of this available for nopcommerce version 4.30 available, I saw this old forum thread and I have the same issue, but the replies are from over 3 years ago, so I was just wondering, as I don't want to do it the old fashioned way through the admin panel.

I was also wondering if there was a way to re-assign the specification attribute ID after the fact, as a way to make the system smoother when it comes to assigning the attribute ID to the product itself?
