Simple Solr Search in nopcommerce core

Hi
We need to implement the solr indexing for our nop commerce dot net core website.

Our solr is hosted on azure VM and we already define the solr core folders for. e.g.  nop_core is the name of solr core folder.

Just we need to index all products/categories / important data in this core folder.

How to do index the products/categories or which SQL table we need to do index,  any code example will be helpful.

Actually we are looking for a code sample or tutorial, we want to build the search based on solr.
No extension wants to use.
