don't open a nopcomermerce page

Hi.
i downloaded  nopcommers files to server and created base. i see in instruction that when i open url of my site  must be opening page nopcommers http://joxi.ru/a2Xa1EMUw9PeRA.
But i see that. http://joxi.ru/4Ak0VadfoLZgWr

If you see "Test page", that's not nopCommerce.  That must be some default page of your site / placeholder.  Are you using hosting or using your own IIS?  What folder did you put the site files in?
(Are you using nopCommerce 4.30?)

Did you 'create a new web site' in your hosting panel?

Yes. i created a new site. But i created before i downloaded the files nopcommers (filezilla). Then i created new database. How can i created this site after download  if i need to download to server files nopcommers?
