returned products money refunded in a wallet .

when a user return some products i want the price of the products to be refunded in a wallet on my website , So the user wont get real money he can only buy from my website using the money added in the wallet after the refund.

is there a way or a plugin to do that?

Define "wallet".
nopCommerce has Reward Points which may meet your needs.  An admin can manually add reward points to a customer.  (But customization would probably be needed to have any automation regarding returns.)
