Emails not working

Hi,

I have configured my email as following details. I am using my own domain email. While making order end user not receiving confirmation email. I mean overall my website not sending any email to end user. Please help me out in this issue.
I am using 4.40 version. I have ssl as well.

email address:Test@ltech***.com
email display name : Inquiry
host: smtp.office365.com
port : 587
user:Test***@ltech***.com
password:***********
SSL: unchecked false /checked true  also
user default credentials : unchecked false

Test Email also not  sent.
Please help me

Is your Send emails Schedule Task running ?
Check the last run time
See yourwebsite.com/Admin/ScheduleTask/List

Look what is happeneing in the message que
See yourwebsite.com/Admin/QueuedEmail/List

Any errors in the log ?

Yes  Schedule Task is running  with current date and time.
In log getting this
(The "Keep alive" scheduled task failed with the "No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it. (localhost:44369)" error (Task type: "Nop.Services.Common.KeepAliveTask, Nop.Services". Store name: "Your store name". Task run address: "https://localhost:44369/scheduletask/runtask").)
