Plugin with Reward Points validate date / token ?

Hi! i saw long time ago plugin with functionality similar to like below:

Plugin give us possibility to set
"validity period of reward points" + token for notification to message to the customer?

Then we can set customer reminder with information
"Your reward points be time out in XX days"

Anyone using similar? know name? or create something like this? I check Extended Reward Points, but don't see there this functions.

Two questions:
1. Do you have version to 4.40 ?
2. This custom notification is a message template??

How it's solve problem "old" Reward points on Clients account. If i set 12 month in first instalation set them out of date? or it's works only with a new one?
