NopAdmin still alive?

Dear all,
Does anyone knows if NopAdmin (https://www.nopadmin.com/) is still maintained? I have downloaded the latest version, but it does not support v4.3 out of the box; I also have some issues with uploading images through the app.
Is there any alternative to this application to maintain (bulk edit) multiple sites?
