How to restore default data without creating new database in nopcommerce 4.3

I am working in nopcommerce 4.3.

1. In setting from admin panel I applied that registration is not allowed from any user(and from that by login only we can access the other page).
2. And now bymistake I deleted the whole customers data from customer table in database.

how I can registered as an admin....???and from that I stuck from whole ways, because without login I cant do anything, cant make registration again(by above setting done).

Now, in project I customized many things also I added as well as customize many database table.

So, that's why is there any possible way to add the default data in table without created new database?

No you can not restore the default data
To get access if you can register a new customer
Then add a record in Customer_CustomerRole_Mapping with the Id of the created Customer and CustomerRole == 1 (or Administration)
That should make an Admin customer
Then you will have access to the admin.
