Add attribute to "Powered by nopCommerce" link

According to the license, the "Powered by nopCommerce" link cannot be deleted (without paying $250) and should always be visible. That's perfectly fine, but can I add a html attribute to it? What I have in mind is "rel=nofollow" SEO attribute. Can I do that and not break the free edition license?

How can I use the current license if my project use only Nop.Core Nop.Data Nop.Service ?
