I have installed the plugin but cannot get it working
Previous reviews said nice things about this plugin and some emphasized on the "good support", i will like the support to help me understand why i have created the widget on tawk.to website, activated it, add the meta head tag to the custom SEO custom tag box and everything seem fine. but the chat widget wont display still on my website.

Excellent free live chat plugin for nopCommerce
I had tried some other plugins also. But this one is the most efficient. It has rich control panel to handle client chat. Also talk.to provides desktop and mobile app for this.
