UPGRADE from 1.3 to 1.5

am currently on version 1.3 ... tried to upgrade to 1.4 but had problems so I stayed on 1.3 ... can I migrate directly to 1.5 from 1.3...

I could always just start over with 1.5 as a new install... can I import the data I have saved in 1.3 into 1.5?

i think its best if you upgrade to 1.4 first - did you change many of the code files? if not, you should run the upgrade scripts over your database (1.4 upgrade first, then 1.5 upgrade)

BEFORE you start, backup your current database !
