Upgraded from 4.0 to 4.4 and shipping calculations not showing

Have upgraded to 4.4 and using Shipping.FixedByWeightByTotal plugin
Where I have set to a fixed prices options

Added in these two rates
Shipping method: Standard, Rate: 5
Shipping method: Courier, Rate: 7.5

But when you get on to the shipping selection page, it does not show the $5 or $7.5
So means that it does not get added to cost and they get free shipping now

So I am sure you have the Plugin Enabled in Payment Methods
You dont have Free Shipping ticket in the product ?
In not where is the Free shipping comming from - what is the method ?

Was the account that I was testing with,
It was in a Role that was set with Free Shipping
