Incomplete Orders

Hello everyone,

Is there a any possible way to see incomplete orders in dashboard?
We developled a web site and we would like to see customers who is start to shopping but leave before complete. And by the way, we developed one page checkout. So we have Cart Page, Checkout Page and Order Success Page. When a customer  goes to Check out Page, we would like to record background.

Do you mean orders or abandoned shopping carts ?
An incomplete order is an order that is created and not paid which you can see
For the other you can see yourwebsite.com/Admin/ShoppingCart/CurrentCarts

You should also be able to use Google Analytics to view cart abandonment data

Thank you for the replies.

As you said, we check cart abandonment statistics.

However, what we want is to reach the information of people who have not completed their order by going to the post-Basket step. As far as I know, Nopcommerce does not save the information about the order until the order is completed. Our friends at the call center call our customers who do not complete their order after the basket step and try to place an order.

Do you have any suggestions for recording this information?

It would seem to me the "cart abandonment" should give you want you want in most cases, but if you really want to know how far they got along in the checkout process, and you are using a one-page-checkout, then you will probably have to customize to record the information at, for example, shipping method request, and payment method request.  A custom Action Filter plugin would probably be the best way to handle that.

Hi,

Actually, Yandex.Metrica has a nice feature called Webvisor it allows you to see(video) each step of your customers that have done on the website... just yandex(google) it.
