Hello-

Our company also does mail-orders and phone-orders, so we often impersonate customers.
From an administrative standpoint, it would be most helpful if admins were able to filter all orders which were impersonated, and a sub-filter to select the customer (all in administrator role).

So, for example, if I select the checkbox option to "Only Show Impersonated Orders"
A drop-down appears with "ALL Admins" pre-selected, and each administrator name in the drop-down list the admin can choose.

This way we can create and export a list of only the orders that each admin has impersonated.

Thanks!

Thanks a lot for the suggestion. But we'll leave this functionality for customization

Although not ideal, a workaround would be to to use "Order notes" which is a search criteria field.  (It would not be too hard to code adding the Impersonator customer as a note.)

Right....that's the only way we've been able to do it thus far.....and no, it's not ideal.
Thanks!
