Upgrading from 3.60 to 4.50 - Programming Time

Just wondering how much time we should allow for an upgrade from 3.60 to 4.50. Generally speaking, from a coding/programmatic stand point, how long would it take for us to upgrade to the more recent version?

for best case it will take 3h/4h for worst case 8h (for default table data only)
