WinHost and slow webpage loading

Is there anyone who is using the Winhost and experiencing the slow webpage loading problems? From the audits, it seems to be webserver response time is causing a lot of delays. Any recommendations are welcome.
We use nopCommerce 4.30 with Venture theme.
