How to install responsible theme

I downloaded the theme which is on this link (it is a responsible theme) https://www.nopcommerce.com/en/e-shopper-theme-by-nopstation.
After selecting it on the admin page, I return to the public page and some properties are no longer supported.

Can someone help me on this.

Please describe more your situation. Which which properties are no longer supported?

I  downloaded the theme and unzipped it then copied it to the \Theme folder but when I activated the theme, the site elements were not displayed correctly.
Is my way of installing the site already good?
