Partial View to View Component

i have some custom partial views in my 3.8 version. while migrating to latest, is it needs re write as view component or can i use the same in latest also as partial view.

at nopCommerce v4.50 you can still use Partial View

View component has some facility View components does not depend on controllers. It has its own class to implement the logic to develop the component’s model and razor markup view page
