Encrypt=false for connection string for nop 4.5 upgrade

Just curious on this. The file "upgarade_to_4.40_and_above_readme.txt" (found in the 4.50.4 upgrade script download) states that I need this parameter in my connect string in "\App_Data\appsettings.json file".

However, my connect string is in \App_Data\dataSettings.json

I just wanted to point out this potential discrepancy.

In 4.50, the connection string is in the appsettings.json file.
During the upgrade, the app should see the (old) dataSettings.json and "convert" it.
