Version 4.50.4 to 4.60.1 error with Invalid column name 'IsActive' Error

Hi Guys , when I upgrade from 4.50.4 to 4.60.1, an error is generated, and the store homepage and edit product detail page show:

HI please double check in one of tables your field is missing the name of
"Is Active "

This error get when you can added new field in domain but your sql table does not contain that field :)

Looks like the update didn't create the IsActive column in the Discount table, or somehow you deleted it later. It is possible that the migration with version 637938720000000000 did not run correctly, please remove it from your MigrationVersionInfo table and restart the site - this should help
