affiliates validation error or issue in Nopcommerce version 4.60.2

empty affiliates are saving.. step to reproduct issue
Admin -> Promotion --> affiliates --> click on add New button -->then do not enter any information --> just keep all field empty --> click on Sve button --> its saving. even all field are mandatory like first name, last name , email etc. field are mandatory
in Nopcommerce version 4.60.2
nopcommerce team plase make note of this validation error
